Prerequisites: You must have a Betfair Account (you must agree to BetFair’s Terms and Conditions listed on their web site) and a subscription to Gruss Software (Betting Assistant) (version or higher); Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 (already included in Windows 7 and Windows 8) – If you have purchased Soccer Supervisor, you will need also a subscription to InplayTRADING.

You can install and run ONE Betting Software (Betting Bot) on ONE computer at any one time.

One licence = One computer.

Update are not mandatory and they are free for the current version of the Betting Software (Betting Bot). If you want to upgrade to the latest version, you will have to pay additional fees.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Betting Softwares (Betting Bots) is borne by you.
Should the Betting Software (Betting Bots) prove defective, you and not assume the entire cost of any service and repair.


Our Betting Softwares (Betting Bots) are downloadable after purchase. Then, when you execute the application for the first time, you will need to enter the activation key that you will receive after having sent the request by e-mail. After acceptance and payment from you, our team will produce your betting system in a trigger that includes all the required variables you have asked for so that you can set it up exactly as you wanted.

The quote given includes analysis, programming, technical tests, PDF manual and technical support (available 7 days a week via e-mail and Teamviewer).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, simply request a refund and we will offer a seven-day-money-back guarantee. Inform us by opening a ticket within seven days of VPS set up and your payment will be returned.
However, our seven day Money Back Guarantee does not apply if you use this service to test our bots or triggers and then cancel when trials are finished. 

The seven-day-money-back guarantee applies for a single VPS (Plan A, B or C) and you may ask for a refund just once. If you already received a refund on the seven-day-money-back policy you will not be eligible for a refund on subsequent orders.

Fees are payable in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. The customer’s billing cycle shall be monthly or annually as indicated on the Order, beginning on the Service Commencement Date. may require payment for the first billing cycle before beginning service. will invoice the Customer via electronic mail to the Primary Customer Contact listed on the Order. Invoiced fees may be issued before the 1st day of each billing cycle and the fees shall be due the same day as the initial order. If no payment is received at the due date, a reminder will be sent. If payment is ot received by the following day, the Customer account will be suspended and all data can be automatically deleted.

End of subscription:
If you do not wish to renew the monthly subscription of the VPS, you must notify us by 2 days before the invoice date please be sure to have done a backup of your files before the end of the period.

Uptime Guarantee
If your running bot or trigger downtime is more than a cumulative of 72 hours per month, we will credit the amount of downtime over 72 hours to your next hosting fees. Downtime is referred to as our network equipment being down. We do not have control over the Internet, therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your VPS due to circumstances beyond our control. We guarantee that our network will be up and functioning 99.9% of the time per month. We feel a safety net of 0.1% each month allows us time for repairs and unforeseen events that may arise. In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within ten (10) days after you experienced the down time by opening a ticket. For security, the body of this email request must contain your first name and last name, the dates and times of the unavailability of your VPS, and any such other customer identification. Credits will usually be applied within thirty (30) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an outage.
Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have any outage resulting from:
(1) scheduled maintenance as posted from time to time at our customer service portal;
(2) your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications;
(3) circumstances beyond Bettingdev’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment.


Note that our Technical Support is available for any technical issue of our products/services and for any work if necessary to fix the issue as quick as possible. We try to reply to all customer support queries within 24/7. Support is only provided by our Advanced Ticket System for Pre-Sale Support, General Questions, Sales/Billing Support & Technical Support for Automated Bots, Custom Software, MarketFeeder Triggers, Betting Tools and Bettingdev UK VPS. We want to draw your attention to the fact that, if you send a message by email, it will be at the back of the queue and an answer can take as much as 72 hours.

We have a very good track record of providing excellent customer support. Our main form of customer support is offered by our software engineers mainly via our Advanced Ticket Support. We know that our Betting Softwares will work on 90-95% of the computer or VPS right off the bat but, given the variety of configurations that exist, there is always going to be that 5-10% where we may have to work with you using Teamviewer on your computer or VPS to install and configure the problem Betting Software. Happily most installations work smoothly but, on the rare occasions where we do have to provide customized assistance and intervention then we have to levy a flat rate charge of £25 for a Teamviewer Session.
