Connecting to your Windows VPS from your Windows PC is easy with Microsoft’s own Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) program. It is included with most versions of Windows.

How to Connect:
1. Open the Start menu of your computer.
2. Click on the All programs menu.
3. Click on the Accessories menu.
4. Click on the Remote Desktop Connection program.
If you can’t find it, run Start > Run > mstsc.exe.
5. Enter your VPS details as follows:
Computer: [IP address of your VPS.]
This is supplied in your “Your VPS is configured and ready-to-use” e-mail that you will receive after subscription.

STEP 1

Click Show Options. Select the tab named Experience. Check that one of the following options is selected in the combo box that allows you to choose your connection speed:

– Detect connection quality automatically
– High-speed broadband
– WAN
– LAN

Do not select Modem or Low-speed broadband otherwise you will not be able to connect to the VPS.
Click Connect.

STEP 2

RDC will prompt for your password. Enter the following:
Username: Administrator
Password: Password is supplied in your “ Your VPS is configured and ready-to-use ” email that you will receive after subscription. We advise you to copy/paste it to avoid errors.

STEP 3

You may see a message like the following. This happens because the security certificate used by your
VPS is self-generated and self-signed. It’s OK to connect because you know it’s your own server, so feel free to select “Don’t ask me again for connections to this computer.

No, this is not possible because they use a different version of Betting Assistant.

Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools -> Internet options -> Privacy and click on Advanced.
Tick all the options and select “Accept” for “First/Third-party” cookies. Validate and close IE.

This happens in two different cases:

  • If you have some problems with the .NET Framework, in this case the best solution is to execute this tool from Microsoft to try to repair it:

    After that, reboot your computer and follow the step 3, then relaunch the bot.
  • If you are connected more than twice to IPT data.
    This happens if you are using SS2Pro, and if you are also connected twice to Inplaytrading website (from the same computer or any other devices like a tablet or a smartphone.
    In this case, the bot will be disconnected from IPT, and it will no longer work until you turn it off and then turn it on again.

You must install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
If you still have the same issue, this means that the .ini file of SS2 Pro is probably corrupted. In this case, simply delete the file named “supervisor.ini” that you will find in the folder:
“C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Bettingdev\SS2Pro”.
Note that the folder “AppData” is a hidden folder. Also if you are using SS2 Pro on your own computer, the folder “Administrator“ could be different.

This is due to the fact that you have not installed Betting Assistant. Betting Assistant must be installed before to launch SS2 Pro, and Betting Assistant must be launched before to turn on the bot.

Yes (except if there is most recent version), because this beta version includes several features used by SS2 Pro. If you are using a version lower than 1.3.0.38, the bot will not place any bets.

Windows 7 and 8 could block the execution of the installation as the file comes from Internet.
To bypass this issue, you need to unlock the file:
Right-click the file
Click “Properties”
Go to the “General” tab
Click on “Unlock file”
Click OK
Re-execute the installation file.

If you face any problems by sending the request, just open a ticket with the data displayed on the software activation window (first/last names, serial number).

This could be due to your computer configuration, please make sure that you have all the system requirements.
 
Generally speaking, for a better use of the bot we advise the use of a VPS.
 
A VPS will ensure a best internet connection (fastest, no interruption, etc), and most of the time a powerful configuration. Also, using a VPS means that you no longer need to keep your computer turned on 24 hours a day!
 
For the previous reasons, we strongly advise against using a laptop to use your Bot!
